CANCELING PREMIUM SUBSCRIPTION

Thanks for choosing Fishbrain Premium! This is how you opt out from the subscription:

iOS
1. On the iPhone Home screen, tap Settings.
2. Tap iTunes and App Stores.
3. Tap your Apple ID > View Apple ID to sign.
4. Under Subscriptions, tap Manage.
5. Choose a different subscription period, or turn off Automatic Renewal and your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle.

Android:
Go to payments.google.com.
Along the left side of your screen, select Bills and accounts.
Select the subscription you want to cancel > Cancel subscription and your subscription will stop at the end of the current billing cycle.

You can manage all subscriptions in app market's subscriptions center, which becomes handy when you get used to it. Please let support@fishbrain.com know how we could improve your Premium experience.

Payment transactions are completed through Apple or Google depending on your device, so please contact them directly with related inquiries.

For Apple (iOS) devices:
Visit Apple support and select the "Contact iTunes store support" link, then "Purchases, billing and redemption" and choose the option that fits you best.

For Google (Android) devices:
Visit Google support and perform a search, or use the ‘Contact us’ button on the page (English language site only) to reach a Google customer support representative by email or by phone.
